Second Reading

1. Cabinet Members give a more detailed account of legislation and the reasons for it

2. Opposition (Conservative & Socialists) gives a speech opposing bill

3. Question Period

HOMEWORK:

Cabinet Members will have to give a 2 minute speech outlining their proposed legislation.  

Opposition Members will have to give a 1-2 minute rebuttal or suggest amendments to bills  

Then question period.  All Opposition members should have questions prepared.
