Rubric (assessment) for What Caused the Great War Debate - TUESDAY

Hi everyone,

looking forwards to hearing you all show off your stuff tomorrow. Please be sure that you're on time, so that you don't loose part of your time to present your perspective. You will be evaluated on the following criteria:



1. Information - All information presented in the debate was clear, accurate and thorough and were organized in a tight, logical
fashion.

2. Use of Facts and Statistics - All major points were well supported with several relevant facts, statistics and/or examples; the
relevance of points raised strengthened the student’s overall position.

3. Understanding of Topic - The student has a strong understanding of the topic and presented their information forcefully and
convincingly; all counter-arguments were accurate and relevant.

4. Respect for Others - All statements, body language, and responses were respectful to others and were in appropriate
language.
